Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship?

Across India, to every state and union territory our courier partners serve. A few remote PIN codes are not serviceable — checkout tells you before you pay. We do not ship outside India yet.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment. After that, delivery usually takes 3-8 working days. The north-east, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the island territories can take up to 10 working days.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We replace the item or refund you in full, including what you paid for shipping. Write to us from the contact page.

Can I return something I simply changed my mind about?

No, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty, missing parts, or not what you ordered. Ask us anything before you buy and we will answer honestly.
